Correspondence Management
ProcessTrack releases the Correspondence Pod for Metastorm BPM. The Correspondence Pod allows merged emails, letters and documents to be added to your Metastorm BPM process. It includes a template creation wizard with HTML editor and PDF creation so that users can configure the correspondence without having to change the code.

ProcessTrack announces the release of ProcessRunner.
ProcessRunner is an automated testing product that allows you to identify issues and to load test Metastorm BPM systems quickly and efficiently.

ProcessTrack is working with a leading international law firm to develop and support integration between Metastorm BPM and Elite 3E, with processes including New Client Matter and Matter Close.
